Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store following best practices and standard procedures
- utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate
- support operations team with stockroom, product receiving, and omni-channel fulfillment
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
- act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment and discernment
- demonstrate a customer service mindset
- meet or exceed individual goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies and safety standards
- respond proactively to supervisor direction
