Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance
- Capacity to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
Job Qualifications

- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Client-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- No prior retail experience required
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance safety
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology effectively to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations by assisting with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork within an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions, seeking appropriate partners when needed
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and resolving issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity and loyalty
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers
- Receive, understand, and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers, and other company personnel
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
