Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures
- utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and managing stock
- complete and maintain required training for chemical use, equipment, and maintenance
- perform routine basic equipment maintenance
- use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the team
- support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
- act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues
- meet or exceed individual goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
- receive and respond to direction from supervisors
