Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no retail experience required
- ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
- willing to complete required training
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- verbal and written communication skills
- able to engage effectively with customers and team members
- flexible availability including days nights weekends and holidays
- client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store including floors windows restrooms and trash receptacles following company standards
- utilize only approved chemicals supplies and equipment to ensure safety and sanitation
- maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- complete and maintain required training for chemical equipment and maintenance
- perform routine equipment maintenance in line with company guidelines
- use company tools and technology to communicate and share information with the team
- assist operations team with receiving processing product stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
