Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment, Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance, Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance, Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate, Support operations team with stockroom and fulfillment, Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance, Act with integrity and teamwork, Exercise good judgment, Demonstrate customer service mindset, Meet or exceed individual goals, Accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes, Follow company policies and safety procedures, Respond to direction from supervisors, Perform other assigned responsibilities
