Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Maintain inventory levels by placing orders for chemicals and supplies as needed
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance protocols
- Perform basic equipment maintenance in accordance with company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology effectively to plan and communicate with the store team
- Support operations by assisting with product receiving, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
