Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and stockroom activities
- No prior retail experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to use store technology and tools efficiently
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain company-approved chemical and supply levels by placing orders and properly storing supplies
- Complete and maintain required training on chemical, equipment, and maintenance protocols
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance in accordance with company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support store operations by assisting with product receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
