Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely

Job Qualifications

- Verbal and written communication skills
- No prior retail experience required
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and operational protocols
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain company-approved chemical and supply levels by ordering and rotating stock appropriately
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance use
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations team by assisting with product receipt, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed
- Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
