Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required
- Ability to understand and follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Capacity to perform routine physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
- Basic proficiency with technology and communication tools
- Willingness to complete training for chemical handling and equipment maintenance

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete required training for handling chemicals and equipment
- Team-oriented mindset with integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Preferred client-facing retail or service industry experience
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
