Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to learn and use company-approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely
- No previous retail experience required

- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain and replenish company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper rotation and storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance safety
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance as per company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology effectively to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations by assisting with receiving, processing products, executing stockroom tasks and omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity and honesty while fostering teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment in decision-making and taking appropriate actions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed individual productivity, credit, and loyalty goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and safety guidelines
- Proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers, and other company personnel
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
