- client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely perform basic equipment maintenance
- use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- support operations team in receiving and processing product, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
- act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment and discernment in decision making
- demonstrate customer service mindset
- meet or exceed individual goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
- receive and respond to direction from supervisors and managers
- perform other assigned responsibilities
