Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store including floors windows restrooms and trash receptacles following company best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals supplies and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low ensuring proper rotation and storage
- complete and maintain required training for chemical equipment and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use company tools and technology to plan communicate and share information with the store team
- support the operations team by receiving and processing product executing stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- act with integrity honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- exercise good judgment when making decisions taking appropriate partners as needed
- demonstrate a customer service mindset anticipating customer needs and resolving issues satisfactorily
- meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity credit and loyalty
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies procedures standards and guidelines
- maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers
- receive understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors managers and other company personnel
