Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical handling, equipment use, and maintenance
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations by receiving and processing products, executing stockroom tasks, and assisting with omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
