Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

ability to stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
ability to visually verify information and inspect merchandise

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
maintain supply levels by placing orders and rotating stock
complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
perform routine basic equipment maintenance
use Kohl's tools and technology for communication and planning
support stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
act with integrity and foster teamwork
exercise good judgment in decision making
demonstrate a customer service mindset
meet or exceed individual goals
accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
follow company policies and safety standards
maintain adherence to safety policies
respond proactively to direction from supervisors
perform other assigned responsibilities
