Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the 'What You'll Do' section
- Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
- Ability to comply with dress code requirements
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
- Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment
- Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift
- Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
