Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies and replenish as needed
- Complete and maintain required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the team
- Support operations team with receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment
- Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services
