Job Requirements

Applicant must possess current, valid driver’s license
must have a current working telephone accessible by building management
ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
ability to pass a background check
ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to climb stairs, ladders, and similar equipment
ability to work in various weather conditions
maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
minimum 2 years of related work experience
ability to speak and understand English
ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies and procedures
ability to maintain a calm, composed presence in a fast-paced environment
strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

Deliver excellent customer service to guests, vendors, participants, and staff
work collaboratively with housekeeping teams and follow directions from lead staff for assigned tasks and events
perform general custodial and maintenance duties in restrooms, offices, seating areas, lobbies, and exterior spaces
clean and maintain back-of-house areas, garages, and workstations
support daily facility operations, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and addressing spills
conduct routine cleaning such as machine cleaning, washing, mopping, and spot cleaning
maintain supply rooms and equipment in an orderly, proper manner
