Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of related work experience
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Current working telephone accessible by building management for business contact
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and similar equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent customer service to guests, vendors, participants, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping teams and follow directions from lead staff for assigned tasks and events
  • Perform general custodial and maintenance duties in restrooms, offices, seating areas, lobbies, and exterior spaces
  • Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, garages, and workstations
  • Support daily facility operations, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and addressing spills
  • Conduct routine cleaning such as machine cleaning, washing, mopping, and spot cleaning
  • Maintain supply rooms and equipment in an orderly, proper manner
