Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Current working telephone accessible by building management for business contact
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and similar equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests, vendors, participants, and staff
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping teams and follow directions from lead staff for assigned tasks and events
- Perform general custodial and maintenance duties in restrooms, offices, seating areas, lobbies, and exterior spaces
- Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, garages, and workstations
- Support daily facility operations, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and addressing spills
- Conduct routine cleaning such as machine cleaning, washing, mopping, and spot cleaning
- Maintain supply rooms and equipment in an orderly, proper manner
