Job Requirements
- must be legally authorized to work in the u s
- must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- must be willing to take a background check
- must provide a minimum of three verifiable professional references demonstrating relevant experience in private household work as well as great communication skills
Job Qualifications
- proven experience working in a private household with a focus on organization laundry and deep cleaning
- highly communicative
- extremely reliable and punctual
- takes initiative
- has strong attention to detail
- comfortable around friendly small dogs
- experience with childcare infants or toddlers is a plus
Job Duties
- washing drying folding and putting away all household laundry
- organizing and maintaining closets drawers and changing table areas
- wiping down kitchen counters and surfaces loading and unloading the dishwasher and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness
- assisting with various ongoing organizational tasks throughout the home such as sorting toys and organizing pantry and cabinets
- maintaining a tidy appearance in common areas and bedrooms including weekly washing and changing of all bedroom linens
- wiping down and dusting all baseboards during monthly deep cleaning
- thorough dusting of all surfaces light fixtures and decorative items
- complete deep cleaning of the guest bathroom
