Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year’s experience in the housing industry preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours
- Ability to use property resources and equipment economically
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Job Duties
- Community housekeeping
- Regular daily onsite attendance is required
- Responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas including make-ready units and common areas
- Responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in
- Responsible for cleaning and upkeep daily of community offices and amenities
- Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
