Job Requirements

  • previous experience as a housekeeper or janitorial position
  • must be able to prioritize work, organize tasks, and handle all with a strong sense of urgency

  • general knowledge of computers and email
  • valid Texas Driver’s License required

Job Duties

  • work with Community Manager to ensure organizational goals are achieved while adhering to DMA community standards
  • collaborate with maintenance staff to meet quality standards for the entire community including all common areas, vacant, and model units
  • report all safety hazards to the Community Manager immediately
  • clean all vacant units monthly
  • clean model units weekly
  • track all cleaning supplies and notify Community Manager when inventory is low
  • work with Community Manager to repair or order cleaning equipment
  • perform other duties as assigned
