Job Requirements

previous experience in housekeeping
a high school diploma or equivalent
effective verbal and written communication skills
sufficient literacy skills
a desire to serve residents and community
ability to multitask
physical ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
frequent bending and stooping
knowledge of safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a wide range of housekeeping functions
a high school diploma or equivalent
effective communication skills, both verbal and written
sufficient literacy skills to perform the essential functions of the role
a desire to serve the needs of residents and community
ability to multitask
a positive attitude and respect for team, residents and vendors

Job Duties

prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary
maintain cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas as scheduled by the property manager
keep accurate record of inventory, supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or Peak
provide courteous and efficient response to resident needs and management requests
adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies
perform other duties as assigned
