Job Requirements
- Ability to perform a variety of housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- ability to use standard housekeeping equipment chemical dispensers
- ability to adapt and move quickly from task to task
- must be able to work Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, days and evenings
- this position is essential personnel and may require working during university closings and inclement weather

Job Duties
- Attend to all facilities with integrity and attention to detail
- create a clean and orderly environment
- perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- porter, clean and deep clean event spaces, dining areas, offices and outdoor spaces at all USC facilities
- perform floor work on a variety of surfaces
- notify supervisors of any damage, deficits and disturbances
- check stock levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate
- perform housekeeping duties during special events
- keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
- perform housekeeping tasks to ensure sanitation and cleanliness using standard cleaning methods and appropriate housekeeping equipment
- ensure member's safety when performing work and use appropriate signage to notify members of work being performed
- obtain appropriate training to ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
