Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training necessary
- ability to understand instructions, guidelines, and policies
- ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
- able to comply with company standards and expectations regarding productivity and time management
- able to exhibit good judgment in all situations
- physical ability to remain stationary, navigate the hotel, handle cleaning equipment, access low areas, and traverse heights safely
- ability to occasionally push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to observe guest rooms carefully to ensure a safe working environment
- willing to work outdoors frequently depending on location
- able to work in wet or humid conditions and exposed to fumes, chemicals, and loud noise environments
- able to travel to assist at additional locations as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both guests and team members
- cleans and prepares assigned guest rooms according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas while in use to ensure they meet company standards
- stocks carts and cart areas as needed or as directed by management
- addresses maintenance issues by reporting them to the front desk or manager on duty
- reports any left-behind guest belongings in checkout rooms directly to the front desk and management
- assists guests by accommodating reasonable requests to enhance their stay
- follows all safety and security protocols diligently
- completes all required training through Extended Stay University annually
- assists in cleaning other hotel areas as assigned by management, including the associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common spaces
- helps maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel
- performs additional duties as assigned by the management team
