Job Requirements
- Must be able to remain stationary and navigate the hotel
- ability to handle cleaning equipment
- ability to access low areas and traverse heights safely
- occasional lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds
- ability to carefully observe guest rooms to ensure a safe working environment
- flexibility to work in various environmental conditions such as wet, humid, or noisy settings
- ability to travel to assist at additional locations if required
Job Qualifications

- ability to understand instructions, guidelines, and policies

Job Duties
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both guests and team members
- cleans and prepares assigned guest rooms according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas while in use to ensure they meet company standards
- stocks carts and cart areas as needed or as directed by management
- addresses maintenance issues by reporting them to the front desk or manager on duty
- reports any left-behind guest belongings in checkout rooms directly to the front desk and management
- assists guests by accommodating reasonable requests to enhance their stay
