Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, this private family household offers a professional yet warm environment where attention to detail, trustworthiness, and reliability are paramount. The family consists of an older woman and her adult daughter, who serves as a full-time caregiver. Their residence is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome with one small dog as a pet. The family is currently seeking a part-time, live-out Housekeeper who can commit to approximately 25-30 hours per week, with schedules from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, typically between 9:00 AM and 2:00 or 3:00 PM. Job Duties
- Full-charge housekeeping including deep cleaning and daily upkeep of the home
- expert-level laundry care including sorting garments for dry cleaning vs. delicate washing
- handling high-end and delicate clothing with care
- ironing sheets and clothing to a high standard
- extensive clothing organization and closet upkeep
- running errands such as dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up and household items
- maintaining overall organization and cleanliness of all living spaces
- occasional light assistance to the principal such as helping her get dressed or assisting from a seated position if the daughter is unavailable
- pet-friendly support with light care for a small dog if needed
