Job Requirements

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Clean and reset guest rooms to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and other public areas
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Follow all company safety and security procedures
Adhere to established standards for cleanliness and organization
Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning quotas
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
