Job Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and reset guest rooms to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and other public areas
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Follow all company safety and security procedures
  • Adhere to established standards for cleanliness and organization
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning quotas
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
