Job Requirements

- Physical ability to remain stationary, navigate hotel premises, handle cleaning equipment, and occasionally lift or push objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow safety and security protocols diligently
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and assist at additional locations if required

Job Duties
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both guests and team members
- Cleans and prepares assigned guest rooms according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas while in use to ensure they meet company standards
- Stocks carts and cart areas as needed or as directed by management
- Addresses maintenance issues by reporting them to the front desk or manager on duty
- Reports any left-behind guest belongings in checkout rooms directly to the front desk and management
- Assists guests by accommodating reasonable requests to enhance their stay
