Job Requirements
- Stand, sit and walk for long periods of time
- Full range of motion to climb, balance, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Full function of hands and arms
- Ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects weighing 30 to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Complete probationary period successfully
- Ability to be flexible and work alone if necessary
- Completion of applicable CBRF classes
- Desired high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Represent Frontida with professionalism, embracing Frontida's culture
- Sort dirty laundry to ensure separation of soiled items, housekeeping items, kitchen items, and resident items
- Complete laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, hanging up and putting away items such as bedding, towels, resident clothing, napkins, and tablecloths
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- Use equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely
- Monitor equipment and laundry supplies and report issues to the Executive Director
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
