Job Duties
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, laundry rooms, and community centers
- perform general housekeeping duties for model apartments and vacant units
- maintain cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, grounds, and walkways
- empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas
- clean and sanitize public restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
- follow the property's cleaning schedule and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate staff
- maintain cleaning supplies inventory and inform management when stock needs replenishing
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- assist in seasonal cleaning or special cleaning projects as needed
- willing to perform minor maintenance such as adding drip pans, cleaning light globes, changing a filter or light power washing
