Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift
- must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- use housekeeping equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow cleaning protocols
- positive attitude
- excellent time management skills
- willingness to complete required training and safety certifications
Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces
- manage laundry services - wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing
- restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas organized
- maintain a clean and safe environment
- follow resident schedules and preferences
- alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards
