Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitary guidelines strictly
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Clean, dust, vacuum, empty trash and wash windows in the resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in the community
- Collect, clean and distribute residents’ linens in a timely, organized manner to ensure that residents’ laundry and linen needs are met
- Ensure linens and resident clothing are handled, processed, and stored so as to control the spread of infection or disease
- Follow safety and sanitary rules and regulations to maintain cleanliness
- Work effectively in a team environment supporting positive resident care
