We are representing a distinguished executive couple residing in Montara, California, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time housekeeper to maintain their beautiful 4,500 square foot luxury home. This household values kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity, and they are eager to find a long-term team member they can support and invest in. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a housekeeper in a luxury hotel and/or large luxury private home
  • Highly meticulous with strong deep-cleaning skills
  • Professional, dependable, and able to take ownership of the home
  • Strong verbal English skills
  • Local to the area with a reliable vehicle
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States
  • Willing to complete an in-depth background check
  • Stellar references from prior employers
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Must be a dog lover

Job Duties

  • Full-charge housekeeping for a large private home with high attention to detail
  • Deep cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, dusting
  • Laundry, ironing, and linen care including wash, fold, press, put away
  • Organization of household areas such as closets, cabinets, pantries
  • Grocery shopping and errand support
  • Light cooking support including simple meal prep or basics
  • Maintain household supplies and notify the family of needs
  • Flag repairs and maintenance issues to help keep the home running smoothly
  • Window cleaning inside and outside (accessible windows)
  • Feeding the dog when applicable
  • Taking the dog outside on a leash when applicable
