Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years housekeeping experience in private homes or luxury hotels
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- strong laundry and garment-care skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and household protocols
- physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills in English
- non-smoker
- ability to pass background check
- excellent references
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of housekeeping experience in private homes or luxury hotels
- local to the Denver area and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- comfortable working directly under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper in a high-standard environment
- strong laundry and garment-care skills including sorting, stain treatment, delicate fabrics, pressing/ironing, steaming, and proper folding/hanging and storage
- knowledge and willingness to learn about and execute household systems and protocols as dictated by the Executive Housekeeper
- familiarity with Nines estate management software is a plus
- strong communicator who is fluent in English
- ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative
- physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- non-smoker
- must have excellent references
- willingness to undergo an in-depth background check
Job Duties
- Support daily housekeeping and tidying of main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- assist with seasonal deep cleans as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
- launder clothing, towels, and linens
- assist with ironing and dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up
- handle basic care for fine surfaces, furnishings, and specialty items using approved methods
- rotate and refresh household supplies, including restocking items and light inventory tracking
- receive deliveries, unpack boxes, and log returns/exchanges
- help maintain order in closets, cabinets, and storage spaces
- occasionally assist with setup/cleanup for dinners or events
- perform daily walk-throughs with an eye for tidiness, safety, and proactive upkeep
- provide light pet support for the couple's two friendly dogs
- run local errands as needed
- communicate observations and support needs to the Executive Housekeeper
