Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required as training is provided
- understands proper handling of biohazardous waste
- ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- must be able to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchen, and floors
- wipes and sanitizes countertops, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and mirrors
- vacuums all exposed areas completely including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets as necessary
- washes inside of windows as needed
- cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to instructions
