Job Duties

Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings
Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
Identify items guests have left behind and report according to lost and found procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
