- considerable knowledge of cleaning techniques, methods, materials, equipment, and chemicals
- knowledge of safety practices in using chemicals and cleaning equipment
- working skill in operation of power cleaning equipment
- ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching required
- good oral communication skills
- availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
