Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 35 pounds
- at least one year of experience in professional cleaning preferred
- ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- dependability, attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- work may take place both indoors and outdoors, in varying conditions and during off-hours for events as needed

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning of floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming and spot cleaning
- remove trash and recycling from campus and dispose of waste in designated containers
- clean and sanitize restrooms including sinks, toilets, mirrors and floors
- restock paper products, soap and other restroom supplies
- dust surfaces and clean windows, glass doors and other touchpoints
- follow all established cleaning procedures and schedules
- use cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions
- report any safety hazards, equipment issues or supply shortages to relevant individuals
- maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently or as a team
- communicate clearly with supervisor and coworkers to ensure smooth operations
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
