Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months of experience in operations and or customer service in a theatre environment

- six months of experience in operations and or customer service in a theatre environment

Job Duties
- Trains the ushers on the evening of performances
- executes health and safety policies and evacuation procedures for the venue when necessary
- assigns staff to emergency exit points at the beginning of each shift in preparation for an emergency
- delegates duties to staff during assigned shift including ticket collection stewarding program distribution or patron direction and assistance
- coordinates activities with the Stage Manager Technical Director and other appropriate staff
- manages the ushers while they are on duty oversees lobby area seating and overall comfort of the theatre patrons
- acts as a customer contact during performances dealing with complaints and inquiries
- works closely with the Box Office staff as appropriate regarding ticket sales and audience composition
- organizes staff breaks ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- serves as liaison with other departments employees and outside organizations to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
- inspects the venue during and after performances for cleanliness and maintenance
- performs other duties as assigned
