Job Duties

  • Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety of guests and staff
  • Monitor security systems including CCTV and alarms for suspicious activity
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
  • Assist guests and staff with security concerns and inquiries
  • Record detailed incident reports and follow up with authorities as required
  • Manage access control to restricted areas and secure all entries and exits
  • Handle lost and found items ensuring proper documentation and storage
  • Enforce hotel policies related to safety, conduct, and security
  • Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment
