Job Duties
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety of guests and staff
- Monitor security systems including CCTV and alarms for suspicious activity
- Respond swiftly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Assist guests and staff with security concerns and inquiries
- Record detailed incident reports and follow up with authorities as required
- Manage access control to restricted areas and secure all entries and exits
- Handle lost and found items ensuring proper documentation and storage
- Enforce hotel policies related to safety, conduct, and security
- Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment
