Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and provide a positive first impression
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
  • maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • process guest checks and handle payments accurately
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
  • follow company policies, brand standards, and service procedures at all times
