Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide a positive first impression
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
- maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- process guest checks and handle payments accurately
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
- follow company policies, brand standards, and service procedures at all times
