Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a guest services role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a guest services role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate guest records and make and manage reservations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold the hotel’s sustainability standards in all guest interactions
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized
