- excellent communication skills using the English language

- able to sit and stand walk hear and talk for long periods
- manual dexterity for extended use of hands fingers and arms

Job Duties

- maintains balanced bank and reconciles transactions
- resolves customer complaints professionally
- assists customers with inquiries about hotel services and events
- responds timely to guest requests in person and via phone
- accepts reservations, changes, and cancellations
- coordinates arrivals, departures, and billing
- follows financial and credit procedures
- handles safety and security matters promptly
- utilizes computer systems for guest management and reporting
