Job Requirements

  • minimum one-year experience as front desk associate
  • excellent communication skills using the English language
  • friendly outgoing personality
  • experience using Visual One
  • able to sit and stand walk hear and talk for long periods
  • manual dexterity for extended use of hands fingers and arms
  • ability to move freely inside and outside the facility
  • able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • manages accurate billing and payment settlements
  • maintains balanced bank and reconciles transactions
  • resolves customer complaints professionally
  • assists customers with inquiries about hotel services and events
  • responds timely to guest requests in person and via phone
  • accepts reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • coordinates arrivals, departures, and billing
  • follows financial and credit procedures
  • handles safety and security matters promptly
  • utilizes computer systems for guest management and reporting
