Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- pass a DOT exam certification
- able to drive a full-size van (CDL not needed)
- schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- strong command of the English language
- ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interaction
- ability to multi-task
- at least 18 years old
- desire to satisfy guest needs in fast-paced environment
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs)
- basic computer skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage the Hotel Host Stand
- oversee the Placery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
- handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- service meeting rooms to ensure readiness
- provide welcoming and helpful service to guests
- drive the airport shuttle following DOT guidelines
- maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
