Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Tennessee
- prior bartending experience in a hotel or upscale casual environment preferred
- knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine service
- available Monday and Tuesday from 4:30pm to 11pm with flexibility to fill additional shifts
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive and team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Monday and Tuesday 4:30pm till 11pm open to filling in on occasion if needed on other nights of the week
- prior bartending experience in hotel or upscale casual environment ideal
- knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine service
- excellent communication and multitasking skills
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Tennessee
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages and food according to Element by Westin and Marriott brand standards
- deliver friendly, professional service and build rapport with guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge areas
- follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- handle electronic payments through micros accurately
- restock and manage bar inventory, ensuring all products are fresh and properly stored
- support the overall guest experience by assisting with food service and other Food and Beverage operations as needed
