Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- greet and acknowledge guests with a smile
- demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication
- maintain a polite and professional demeanor
- follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist
- ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed
- assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables
- keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized
- perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- clean and organize menus and water plants as needed
