Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- ability to memorize and accurately recall menu items
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to follow standard operating procedures
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service
- greets all restaurant patrons immediately upon their arrival
- inquires as to the number of guests in the party
- maintains wait lists and communicates wait time to guests
- assigns guests to server stations in a fair and equitable manner
- takes guests to server’s station with menus and seats them accordingly
- controls guest volume level at restaurant entrance
- attends to and anticipates guests needs while waiting
- answers customer inquiries about menu, restaurant and Bass Pro Shops
- answers phones and books reservations
- performs opening and closing side work duties
- assists with pre-bussing and table setup
- acknowledges and thanks guests upon departure
- maintains restrooms throughout shift
- performs all other duties as assigned
