Job Requirements

- One to two years of retail cashier experience
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in supervisory roles
- Ability to detect signs of shoplifting

- Supervisory experience directing, training, and coaching employees
- Familiarity with retail safety and security protocols
- Ability to use retail technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
Job Duties
- Demonstrates ability to monitor and assist customers at multiple self-checkout registers simultaneously
- Proactively greets and engages customers while recommending products and services
- Uses a cash register to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds
- Provides supervision, coaching, and support to front end cashier team
- Removes security tags, verifies product information, and bags merchandise
- Opens additional registers to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitors merchandise entering and leaving the store and reports security risks
