Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • sales or customer service experience
  • outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback
  • ability to work flexible hours including weeknight evenings and weekends
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to handle equipment and remain stationary or ascend/descend ladders or stairs
  • ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • ability to discern colors and detect items in peripheral and detailed vision
  • ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • sales or customer service experience

Job Duties

  • provide exceptional customer service to every guest encountered to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
  • take on various event positions including scanning tickets, guest seating, and assisting in VIP hospitality areas
  • assist patrons with accessibility needs
  • oversee crowd management to ensure a safe experience for all guests
  • understand venue layouts and provide directional assistance to guests
