Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- sales or customer service experience
- outstanding customer service and communication skills
- willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback
- ability to work flexible hours including weeknight evenings and weekends
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to handle equipment and remain stationary or ascend/descend ladders or stairs
- ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to discern colors and detect items in peripheral and detailed vision
- ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service to every guest encountered to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
- take on various event positions including scanning tickets, guest seating, and assisting in VIP hospitality areas
- assist patrons with accessibility needs
- oversee crowd management to ensure a safe experience for all guests
- understand venue layouts and provide directional assistance to guests
