Job Requirements

  • high school level education or equivalent such as hsed or ged
  • prior sales or customer service experience
  • ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, handle equipment, ascend and descend stairs or ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties

  • provides exceptional customer service to every guest they encounter to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
  • be trained to take on any position including scanning tickets, guest seating, and assisting in VIP hospitality areas
  • assists patrons with accessibility needs
  • oversee crowd management to ensure a safe experience for all guests
  • become familiar with venue layouts and provide directional assistance to guests
